He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He became a Servant soon after.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He worked as a nervous Bellfounder and found it very stressful. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
