History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
