He found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Weaver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Weaver. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Weaver for the past few years.
