History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Gerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
