History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Manfred has worked very hard to control his curse. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Merchant. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: An older man who wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his brown hair up. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Hugh was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality
