Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Architect, and he later adopted a second son.
