History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Don was born with his father's beautiful face. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears just a blue suit. His hair is auburn and very short. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Manfred alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tanner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he's in love
