History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with his Bricklayer mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
