Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is white and curly. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. The war was a terrible time for him, and Dean does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Herbalist.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shipwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Merchant for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He carries with him a set of ceremonial daggers, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Kyle was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Butcher, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Beggar and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
