History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Everard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Everard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Gerald was born with his father's beautiful face. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerald was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father
