Description: This southern man wears a violet vest and prefers brown and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His clothes are grease stained in places. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Gerald was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Performer. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tattered old clothes. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. He is baby faced.
Personality: Thomas is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Thomas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: This tall, slender man wears skinny pants and wears a black and brown robe with the hood down. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. After coming to the age of reason, Rolf took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He is portly but not overly obese. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.
Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and he wants revenge against brigands
