History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Weaver. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born into a rich family. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
