Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Randal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Randal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Randal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
