Description: This dark-skinned male wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: Standing 5'11", this man wears a brown collared shirt and tan pants. He accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Norman never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: Revenge; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Spice Merchant mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Detective and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

He prefers to carry a falchion, but if one is not available he will default to his bow, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. His hair is long and brown with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He got into the Mortician business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Gardener, but he got bored and became a Mortician. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mortician.
Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is dressed in earthy colors with a white and tan handkerchief worn on his right side. He has no hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
