Miles Clayden, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Miles took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Peter Tindall, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'2" and wears dull grey sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Peter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Peter was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
