History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Godfrey was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His red hair is singed and shortened. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
