He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Gerald was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Drogo was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
