History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To be a Barkeep again; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a tight fitting green shirt and pants. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His eyes are green.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ploughman born in the past three hundred years. Gerard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gerard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to be a navigator again

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a sai on his belt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is white and curly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and human compassion

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He tends to wear a large brown jacket. He has a blonde handlebar mustache and slicked back blonde hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and many orcs want him driven away
