Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in a small plains village. Percival liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and to unite with his brother

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Thomas will drive conversation. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Layabout, but he got bored and became a Farmer. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his sister
