History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Charles was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Masseuse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.
