History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His first spouse was a Baker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Shane was born with his father's beautiful face. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: Bernard speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the west to a Guard, Simon learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
