Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Charles does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: John was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When John reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.
