Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Simon was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Carter. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and a wedding ring on his right hand. He has shaved his head bald. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Shane isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. Shane enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
