Description: 5'6" and muscular, this southern man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Heward was born with his father's beautiful face. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Heward has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Theodoric was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mayor profession.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. A freak accident while working with his Mayor mother left him crippled. He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he's attracted to the pc

He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Ernest hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he's looking for his big break
