History: Born in the east to a Fortune-teller, Dean learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fortune-teller for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a shepherd again
