Bertram Oakes, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Wymar Budd, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He stands about 5'6" and wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His tied-back hair is golden. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Wymar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
