His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: Standing 6'2", this man is typically in his Tanner uniform. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Roland embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He takes great joy in being the best Tanner in town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. Through the years after Lance was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Lance's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
