Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is light but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He wears a blue shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and black pants. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a white and black handkerchief worn on his right side. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down. His chestnut hair is cut short. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mortician. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This slender man stands about 5'1". He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a kukri on his belt. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a great chef.

History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Revenge.
