Description: This light-skinned male wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He tends to his Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his left hand. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed violet hat.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Theodoric was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Assassin. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He carries with him a set of spears on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lance does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Lance reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Reynard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Tanner responsibilities is difficult.
