History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Charles liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his bastard sword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and money/treasure

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Gerard hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to unite with his brother
