History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Stableman. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was taken from his home at a very young age. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and doesn't want to be a stableman and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and money/treasure

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Theobald enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
