History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Hugh reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Jocelyn will drive conversation. He is an amazing painter.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He struck the Hunter job and began his own company from there.
