When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born in the west to a Shoemaker, Alexandre learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Rolf's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Stylist, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
