History: Gifted from a young age, Shane studied abroad. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: Standing 5'1", this man wears a simple white robe with blue stripes complete with hood. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Theobald was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a green deerstalker hat and green clothes. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to end his boredom

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has gray eyes and a black hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Lance was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and wishes to resurrect an old love
