History: William hails from a village terrorized by giants. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
