Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hubert isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hubert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Charles liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week.
