Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This dark-skinned male is wearing a long, green cloak. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. After a long history of fighting, Hubert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a Body Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he desires power and/or immortality
