History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Adventurer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Chad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Chad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Roland lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a bookbinder and was forced into it by his family
