History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. William was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. William fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His hair is long and golden with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
