History: Born in the east to a Bellfounder, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Peter never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
