History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now owns his own business.

History: Raymond lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Raymond was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bounty Hunter. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bounty Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.
