Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Roger was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Roger's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Stylist born in the past three hundred years. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gerard has worked very hard to control his curse. He has worked as a Stylist like his father before him.

Personality: Dustin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Dustin is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dustin grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to unite with his sister

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a Bather, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he has a crush on the local bather

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his religion dominates his actions
