Description: This man prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on his left hand. He has wavy black hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., and he perpetually has his greataxe ready. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Theobald hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Theobald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a Bookbinder soon after.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His white hair is cut short. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dean grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality
