History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Bookbinder. He now owns his own business.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Anselm wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and wants to work out more often

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his halberd with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is baby faced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anselm embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He uses divination through singing.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has worked as a Banker like his father before him.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Fletcher. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Nicholas never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born to a Carpenter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and many dire rats want him driven away
