History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
