He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, marred by sweets. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was.
