Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the west. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barrister born in the past three hundred years. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born into a rich family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Dilettante again; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This light-skinned male wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Laborer and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Alexandre isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: The child of a Interpreter, who enjoyed hunting, Alexandre was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
