History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Tim was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
