Diggory Colton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Diggory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.
Ideals: Entrepeneur. Flaws: Depressed. Bonds: Attractive, Military, Religious. Occupation: Mortician
Voice: Puts emphasis on the wrong words

Rolf Royal, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
Flaws: Ugly, Mundane. Bonds: Poor, Military, Nature. Occupation: Cook
Voice: Shortens vowels

Heward Lindsey, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. His brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he's repulsed by the pc
