History: Gilbert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born to a Actor, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thomas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

History: Born in the east to a Fortune-teller, Diggory learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When Diggory reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
